Freight Transport Hub in the Logistics Park Zone in Tuanjie Village, Chongqing Highway Transport (Group) Co., Ltd.

In Feb. 2010, Chongqing Highway Transport (Group) Co. Ltd. signed the agreement to locate its Freight Transport Hub in Chongqing Western Logistics Park in Tuanjie Village.

The project covers an area of 134,133 square meters, with the total investment of CNY 310 million. The GFA is designed to be 74,000 square meters. Its main facilities include Transfer Warehouse, Express-Delivery Zero-Load Warehouse, Comprehensive Office Building, etc.

After completion, the project will focus on the freight transport logistics market, combined with other functions such as warehousing, processing, distribution, loading and unloading. It is expected that the annual output will be CNY 100 million and the annual tax payment will be CNY 8 million. Meanwhile, it will provide 100 job vacancies.

The construction of the project commenced in May 2010. By December 2015, the construction of Phase I, including 32,000 square meters warehouse and supporting facilities, had been finished and was put into use.  Construction of the 66,667 square meters net added land has not started. The project has completed the fix-assets investment of CNY 357 million, realizing an annual output of CNY 300 million and an annual tax payment of CNY 4 million, with 1,000 job vacancies.
